Luoyang Maile Refractory Co., Ltd. (hereafter being called MERC for short), was founded in January 2009. As a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and development of silica refractory products, MERC has a professional technical team consisting of the experts from our domestic refractory institutions. Having been engaged in the silica refractories research for more than 10 years, MERC has developed a series of refractory products used for hot repair, covering zero expansion silica brick, firebricks, precast blocks, ceramic welding powder and silica mixes for hot repair.

Tested by professional ceramic and refractory research institutions in Belgium, Japan, Germany and other countries, MERC’s products are proved to be excellent in physical and chemical properties. In the past years, MERC has provided products to well-known enterprises at home and abroad, such as Baosteel, Panzhihua Steel, JFE Steel, Thyssenkrupp Germany, US Steel, etc. The technical level and product quality of MERC have been widely praised by customers. In 2019, the production line of high-quality silica brick for glass kiln was put into operation, providing higher-quality and longer-life silica bricks for float glass and photovoltaic glass kilns.
